Authorized-dealer relationships
Domaine holds standing accounts with the manufacturers whose pieces appear on the list. We are the dealer of record — not a reseller, not a marketplace, not a drop-ship aggregator. This is what allows us to offer the full manufacturer warranty in your name.
Manufacturer MSRP
Every piece is listed at the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price — the same number the manufacturer publishes on their own site. Domaine's margin comes from the authorized-dealer wholesale spread, not from marking retail up. You never pay more here than you would buying direct.
Direct from the factory
Domaine holds no inventory. When you order, the piece ships from the manufacturer's own logistics network, under their freight terms, with white-glove delivery included. Your order is registered against your name for warranty purposes at the moment of dispatch.
One point of contact
The manufacturer handles fulfillment and warranty. Domaine handles you — pre-purchase questions, coordination with the freight carrier, post-delivery follow-up, and any warranty claim you may ever need to file. We remain the person who picks up.
