Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 48 hours of order confirmation. After that, cancellation is subject to the manufacturer's terms — most made-to-order pieces enter production quickly and cannot be cancelled once cut.

Because every piece is built or reserved to order from an authorized maker, returns are not offered on custom or made-to-order items. If a piece arrives damaged or defective, that is handled under manufacturer warranty and freight-carrier claims — we manage both on your behalf.

Inspect crates at the time of white-glove delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork before signing, and photograph the crate and contents. Notify us within 48 hours so we can open a claim promptly.
